Estimate

Exterior painting- Scope of work to include painting of trim and front clapboards on home.

Clapboards

Front clapboards on home will be prepped as needed.

Clapboards on home will be stained with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Latex Acrylic siding stain in your choice of color

Trim

Trim will be prepped as needed by sanding any loose flaking paint. All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked- particularly around windows and doors.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

All trim on home will be painted with 1 coats Sherwin Williams satin Duration paint.

Shed

Shed will be prepped as needed.

Mildew on shed will be washed off prior to painting.

Shed will be painted to match color scheme of the house.

While painting we will remove all downspouts so we can paint behind them, and we will reinstall them upon completion.

Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.

We noticed approximately 2-3 pieces of rot as well as in rear of house lower windowsill which will also be repaired.

Labor and Materials: $8,900

Please note this estimate is limited to front clapboards and all trim on home and painting of the shed. It does not include painting or staining of any shingles.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
