Exterior - Painting of home and garage

Front clapboards will be prepped as needed and either painted or stained 1 coat depending on which product was previously used.

Shutters in front of home will be removed, chemically washed, apply 1 coat of bonding primer and top coat with black paint and re-install upon completion.

Garage doors will be primed and painted black.

Two front doors and threshold on home will be washed with a mild bleach solution to wash off any dirt and mildew.

Will thoroughly sand and apply 1 clear coat of clear sealer using same product previously used.

Trim on front of house will not be painted, only touched up as necessary.

Labor and Materials: $3,200

Trim on complete house (all 4 sides) will be prepped as needed.

Peeling areas will be sanded.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Apply 1 top coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $5,225

Front Farmers Porch

Will sand deck to break finish.

Apply 1 coat of Mahogany Flame stain.

Labor and Materials: $800

Total Labor and Materials for both options: $9,225

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
