Exterior of house and shed

House and shed will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to kill mildew on shingles.

Once home is thoroughly dry, we will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Solid Acrylic Siding Stain to all shingles on house and shed. Staining will be done by brushing and rolling, not spraying, for a longer lasting finish.

While staining we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Please note we will not be painting any trim on home, it is limited to shingles only.

Labor and Materials: $7,900

Shutters

10 shutters will be removed, thoroughly sanded, primed, painted your choice of color, then reinstalled upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $1,000

Total Labor and Materials: $8,900

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
