Estimate

Option 1- First floor of home

Walls

All walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Prior to painting we will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Woodwork

Woodwork will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

All stained woodwork will be primed with BIN primer sealer, and top coated with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams semigloss in your choice of color.

All open joints, gaps, and seams in woodwork will be caulked.

Window grills will be removed and no longer used.

Window locks will be removed while painting and reinstalled upon completion.

Labor and Materials for Option 1: $3,200

Option 2- Stairway and upstairs hallway

Walls

All walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Prior to painting we will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Woodwork

Woodwork will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

All stained woodwork will be primed with BIN primer sealer, and top coated with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams semigloss in your choice of color.

All open joints, gaps, and seams in woodwork will be caulked.

Labor and Materials for Option 2: $1,400

Option 3- Kitchen cabinets

All cabinet doors and drawer fronts will be removed.

We will wash them to remove any debris and grease.

Doors and drawer fronts will be brought back to our shop. Pieces that can't be removed such as frames, end panels etc. will be left in place.

All cabinet parts will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion, primed with BIN primer sealer and painted 2 coats in your choice of color with Sherwin Williams Emerald premium paint- we recommend satin finish.

Doors and drawer fronts will be sprayed. Parts that cannot be removed will be brushed and rolled with a fine foam mini roller.

Once everything is dry we will reinstall upon completion and leave any leftover paints for future touchups.

Labor and Materials for option 3: $3,900

Total for all options: $8,500

****Please note this estimate does not include painting ceilings****

While painting we will take precautions to cover flooring, furnishings, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All extra paints will be left for future touchups.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
