Estimate

Interior Painting - 1st floor

Ceilings will be lightly sanded and will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams ceiling paint which customer has onsite.

Walls will be lightly sanded, wiped down to remove any dust residue and painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Wood work including wainscotting - will over fill all nail holes with plastic wood and sand to smooth finish.

All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Will take precautions while caulking by wiping with a damp cloth to remove any excess caulking residue.

Once prep work complete will paint all wood work on 1st floor.

All sides and edges on doors will be painted.

Columns will be painted, however we will not caulk the bottom portion at this time. (Realize it will need to be lifted up when floors are completed)

All wood wood work will be painted Anderson white.

Will not paint any plastic parts on doors or windows.

Wainscotting, stair skirts, risers and upstairs baseboard will be painted blue.

Labor and Materials: $4,900

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
