Exterior -

Rear deck and spindles will be power washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Fence around backyard of home will also be washed to remove dirt and mildew. May add a little mild bleach solution to help kill out mildew.

This will not include the neighbors side of the fence.

Once the deck is thoroughly dry we will come back and apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams SuperDeck stain to all decking and spindles. We recommend something in like a Sand Color range for an easy 1 coat coverage.

Labor and Materials: $1,000

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
