Estimate

Interior Painting - Complete interior painting of main level and second floor of condo.

Will cover all floors with Rosin paper to prevent scratches or paint spatter.

Other areas such as cabinets, counter tops, etc. will be taped off with sheet plastic.

Ceilings -

Stress cracks in ceilings will be V-grooved out, mesh taped and filled with joint compound.

Repaired areas will be spot primed with Kilz.

Will apply 1 complete coat of flat latex paint to all ceilings.

Closets will be painted flat white, same as ceilings.

Walls -

Will repair holes and imperfections in walls. This includes stress cracks.

Stress cracks will be V-grooved out. Mesh taped. Feathered out with joint compound.

Will sand and prime with Kilz primer sealer.

All walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color in a Matte finish.

Wood work -

Will caulk as needed.

Areas where caulking is currently gooping/sagging out particularly along stairway will be cut out and reapplied to a smooth uniform appearance.

Wood work will be lightly sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

Will paint with Benjamin Moore semi-gloss white.

Prior to painting we will remove glass shelves and brackets, plantation shutters, picture hooks, curtain rods and will store them in your garage or basement.

Holes from plantation blinds will be filled prior to painting.

Estimate will include bringing in all necessary ladders, scaffolding, etc. as needed to complete this project.

While working on high areas we will clean ceiling fan.

Vents in ceiling that are slightly discolored will be sprayed in a new bright white.

Once painting complete we will remove all Rosin paper from floors, remove all debris.

Labor and Materials: $19,500

**We could get started 1st week in April and will have 100% done by end of April. At this time we will request $15,000 leaving a balance of $4,500 until you come home sometime in May and can inspect/approval.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
When painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings, counters, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $0

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
