Exterior will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, dawn dish detergent low pressure system that removes dirt, mildew and seas spray without harming any plants or shrubbery.
Shingles on home will have 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration Premium paint applied for maximum protection, color to remain the same. Paint will be applied using a brush and roll system and will not be sprayed.
The only trim on home to be painted will be the kick plates around the stairs.
Garage doors will be painted same color to match front door.
Labor and Materials: $8,950
**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
