Interior Painting - Complete Condo

Ceilings will be painted 1 coat in flat white.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Prior to painting will fill any minor holes and imperfections in walls.

Trim will be painted 2 coats in Sherwin Williams standard bright white in semi-gloss finish.

Prior to painting we will fill open joints, gaps and seams in wood work.

Will prep and paint handrails in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $4,200

Additional Option: Kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity, couple cabinets in laundry closet

Cabinet doors will be removed & washed of any dirt or residue.

Will be lightly sanded, primed and painted in a durable semi-gloss finish.

Once completed will re-install doors and adjust as needed.

Labor and Materials: $1,950

We will be using mildew resistant paint on bathroom ceilings. Additional cost of $50

Also will be using Emerald Paint on the handrail and cabinetry Additional cost of $150

And repair drywall while doing the rest of the project Additional cost of $400

Total Project: $6,750

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
When painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings, counters, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
