Interior Painting -

Option 1 - Individual room doors, bathroom doors, fire exit doors and double doors that will count as 2 doors.

Doors will be chemically cleaned.

Primed with Sherwin Williams Pro-Cryl Primer.

Top coated with Sherwin Williams Urethane Reinforced Emerald Paint.

Labor and Materials:

Prep and paint 2 coats per door both sides - $200 each

16 atrium doors

8 fire exit doors

Total for 24 doors: $4,800

Option 2 - Door casings

Door casings will be chemically cleaned.

Primed with Sherwin Williams Pro-Cryl Primer.

Top coated with Sherwin Williams Urethane Reinforced Emerald Paint.

Labor and Materials: $150 per door casing (8 Atrium door casings)= $1,200

Option 3 - Metal handrails going up main stairway

Will chemically clean

Prime with Sherwin Wiliams Pro-Cryl Primer

Topcoat with Urethane Reinforced Emerald paint.

Labor and Materials: $2,900

Option 4 - Bathrooms

Single use bathrooms -

Walls will be painted 2 coats

Labor and Materials: $500 each (8 single use bathrooms) = $4,000

Option 5 - Section of School

Area to the left corridors where walls are severely worn

Will repaint lower bottom half of walls.

Labor and Materials: 1st floor = $4,200

2nd floor = $4,900

Both totaling: $9,900

Total for complete Project: $22,800

**Note - Will do our best to blend wall paint in, however it may be some what noticeable.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
When painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings, counters, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
