Hallways- Throughout entire building on both elementary and high school

We will repair nicks, dings, peeling areas and damaged areas. These areas will be repaired, primed and we will paint the walls from the baseboard to approximately 6 feet high. This is a touchup as we have done in the past and paint may not blend in 100%.

All blue doors that were previously painted will be touched up on any peeling or scratched areas. On doors that are more severe we will paint the entire door.

Bathrooms

We will not be painting bathrooms however we will touch up blemished areas.

2 areas on stairwell as well as 1 wall on upper level where elevator is will be repaired as needed, primed and painted in an off white color- White Dove.

Labor and Materials: $25,000

Additional option-

Atrium lower walls

All walls on first floor of atrium will be repaired as needed, primed and painted in an off white color- White Dove.

Labor and Materials for additional option: $3,900

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
