Estimate

Option 1- Interior staining of 9 interior doors

We will apply 1 coat of wood conditioner so the stain takes as evenly as possible.

Doors will be stained with the objective of trying to match the existing trim as close as possible, however they are brand new doors and the casings are older- so it will not be a perfect match.

Once stain is dry we will apply a coat of sanding sealer, then sanding sealer will be sanded, and 1 coat of satin polyurethane will be applied.

Labor and Materials: $1,800

Option 2- Interior painting of living room, hallway, and kitchen walls and ceilings.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Prior to painting we will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Ceilings will be painted flat white.

We realize around ceiling fan is peeling and this area will need to be repaired.

Labor and Materials: $1,750

Please note this does not include painting trim.

Option 3- Bedrooms

Walls in each of the bedrooms will be painted 2 coats your choice of color.

Prior to painting we will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Labor and Materials: $575 each

Please note this does not include ceilings or trim.

If you would like to have the ceilings painted, it would be an additional $80 each.

Option 4- Exterior painting of 10x10 shed and deck on side of house

Bare wood on shed and deck will be stained 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Woodscapes solid acrylic siding stain in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $1,650

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
