Interior Painting

Stairway wall where plaster is bulging- We will cut back plaster, apply 2-3 coats of compound, smooth out, then paint entire stairwell.

Holes at bottom of stairway behind picture will also be repaired and painted.

2 cracks upstairs under windows will be caulked and touched up using the stairway paint. We will keep the touchup to a minimum because we realize the paint will not blend in 100% perfectly.

Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2- We will match paint as close as possible and paint 1 complete wall in each room corner to corner so it is not noticeable.

2 bathrooms- We will repair minor holes and imperfections, wash down walls where there are water marks, then paint same color as bedroom.

Labor and Materials: $2,000

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
