Estimate

Option 1 - Front and rear decks

Decks will be washed using a mild bleach, tsp solution and rinsed off. (Not power washed). This includes front and back decks as well as hand rails.

Decks will be sanded using electric random orbital sanders.

Will stain with an oil base mahogany stain.

While staining back deck we will move planters from one side to the other so they do not need to be removed from porch.

Labor and Materials: $3,525

Option 2 - Master bedroom, bathroom and toilet closet

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Prior to painting will fill minor holes and imperfections as needed.

Labor and Materials: $1,450

**Please note we won't be painting ceilings or trim. However trim will be touched up around edges as needed due to previous paint job where wall paint ran over.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting interior we will take precautions to cover furnishings, counters, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

While painting exterior we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
