All wood surfaces such as front door jams and casings, sliding doors, window casings and garage door jams.
We will sand to ensure good paint adhesion.
Any bare area will be spot primed using a Latex Primer.
Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium Paint.
Doors and windows will need to be open while painting.
Process should take 1 – 2 hours to dry.
Metal surfaces such as light poles, metal hand railings, and front metal doors will be lightly sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.
Any bare areas or rust spots will be primed with a rust inhibitor primer.
Will top coat doors in your choice of color using a roller finish as much as possible to not leave brush marks.
Light poles will be rolled as much as possible as well to not leave heavy brush marks.
Here is our price list for individual items because each house is different with amount of windows that might need painting or not. Easier to do price per window.
Option 1 - Window and window casings – will include any window whether single, double, or triple window.
Labor and Materials: $100 each – (Will not be painting any of these)
Option 2 – Slider doors and casings in back of houses. Will only be doing wood parts of door no Azek or aluminum trim surrounding it.
Labor and Materials: $110 each and there are 21 in total = $2,100
Option 3 – Front Doors and casings. Will paint 2 coats and the wood decorative casing over front door.
Labor and Materials: $165 each and there are 14 = $2,310
Option 4 – Light Poles
Labor and Materials: $40 each (Will not be painting any of these)
Option 5 – Garage door jams in back of 2 buildings
Labor and Materials: $40 each and there are 6 of these = $240
Option 6 – Garage Doors
Labor and Materials: $110 each which there are 6 = $660
Option 7 – Metal railings
Labor and Materials: $110 each which there are 20 = $2,200
Total to do all options listed above = $7,510
**Note - All work will be performed in a workman like manor. Will do our best to contain all paint debris and wood chips. Will clean up jobsite at the end of each day.
We will need to coordinate with home owners to have access to open doors and windows.
Please note that any windows that are currently painted shut we will not be responsible to make them operate again.
**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
