Option 1- Power washing of complete building and sidewalks

To do this, we will need to rent an aerial lift due to the height of the building, and to scrub down severe dirt spots that will not be able to be power washed or soft washed effectively from the ground.

Exterior of building and sidewalks will be completely washed to remove dirt and mildew.

This will include complete building, sidewalk, ceiling over front doors, etc.

Labor and Materials: $3,800

Option 2-

Painting of exterior doors on building that were previously painted will be prepped and painted.

Cement bases in front of the light poles as well as the cement parking lot stops in front of the building will be primed and painted gray.

Gas pipes and 2 lower panels on end of building that are severely water damaged will be painted.

Rusty handicap signs in parking lot will be primed and painted.

Metal railings on back of building staircase will be primed and painted.

Foundation along right side of building and back- we will remove metal tabs that are sticking out from when the concrete was first poured.

Bulging areas of concrete will be knocked off.

Large holes in the foundation area will be filled with hydraulic cement

Foundation will be primed and painted your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $4,500

Total for all options: $8,300

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
