Estimate

Option 1 - Interior - To include breeze way, stairway into home, complete 1st floor of home, stairway to top of stairs and 1 bath on 2nd floor

Wood work will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

Prior to painting will caulk open joints, gaps and seams.

Will paint with Benjamin Moore Regal Select semi-gloss premium paint.

Walls in above list areas will fill minor holes and imperfections as well as stress cracks.

Walls will be painted 2 coats with Benjamin Moore Regal Select Matte Finish Premium Paint.

**Please note we will not be painting any ceilings as they are appear to be in good condition.

Labor and Materials: $4,500

Option 2 - 2nd floor hallway, bedroom, den type room

Will paint wood work Semi-gloss.

Walls will be painted in a Matte finish.

Will not be painting ceilings.

Labor and Materials: $1,250

**While painting will take precautions to cover furnishings as needed and put drop cloths down on floors to prevent paint spatter.

Option 3 - Exterior Painting - Complete exterior of home

Will soft wash exterior of home to remove dirt and mildew and as much green algae as possible using a mild bleach, TSP and dawn dish detergent mixture that will not harm landscaping.

Labor and Materials: $775

Once soft wash completed we will walk around to assess the home to see if it needs paint.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
