Interior Painting -

Option 1 - 1st floor ceiling, walls and stairway

Will remove wallpaper from any walls currently with wallpaper on it.

Wash off wallpaper residue.

Apply proper primer and topcoat with your choice of color and sheen.

All other walls on 1st floor will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color and sheen. (We recommend Matte finish).

Prior to painting will fill minor holes and imperfections in walls as needed.

Labor and Materials: $6,900

Option 2 - 2nd floor ceiling and walls

Will remove wallpaper from any walls currently with wallpaper on it.

Wash off wallpaper residue.

Apply proper primer and topcoat with your choice of color and sheen.

All other walls on 2nd floor will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color and sheen. (We recommend Matte finish).

Prior to painting will fill minor holes and imperfections in walls as needed.

Paint baseboard on stairway.

Labor and Materials: $2,150

Option 3 - Master bedroom ceiling

Will repair damaged ceiling where poked through from above.

Paint ceiling complete for a seamless finish.

Labor and Materials: $425

**Will take precautions to cover floors, cabinetry, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Will leave any extra leftover paints for future touchups.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
