Estimate

Option 1- Interior painting- areas to include first floor and second floor bathroom walls

Walls will be washed using a KrudKutter detergent to remove any dirt and mildew, and also lines from water running down the wall.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color in either matte or eggshell finish in Benjamin Moore Aura Spa paint. This is a premium paint, but we feel it is needed in these 2 bathrooms.

Labor and Materials: $1,500

Option 2- Paint trim in back of kitchen hallway area leading to backyard.

We will also touch up a few random spots in the house where the trim is blemished.

Labor and Materials: $1,550

Option 3- Front door

You will need to have a locksmith remove all hardware from the door and after the door is completed, you will need to have him back to reinstall all the hardware (doorknobs, deadbolt, mail slot, etc.)

We will remove the door, take it out and have it stripped to remove the many layers of paint. After this we will bring it to our shop to patch in any deep voids/ divots.

Door will be primed and painted 2 top coats in your choice of color and reinstalled upon completion.

While the door is removed, we will put a piece of plywood over the front door area.

This process would take approximately 2 weeks to complete.

Labor and Material: will range from $1,600- $1,800 depending on how much the company charges to strip the door. We won't know this until the process is over because it is according to how many coats of paint are on the door.

Keeping in mind the age of the door and all the dings and divots, even after painted you will still see the door's blemishes, but we will take the curse off the most extreme ones, however we will not be filling every blemish.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
