Exterior Painting: (DOING OPTION 1 AND 2)

Option 1 - House

Following items will be removed and disposed of - All shutters except the front of house, 2 large awnings on side, small shed currently housing gas meter, flower boxes, gate/fence by rear ac condenser .

Trim where there is rotted areas in various locations on back and rear of house where shingles are currently touching the ground. These areas will be cut back and replaced with Azek. Rotted wood around windows will also be replaced with Azek. Two exterior doors on back lower storage areas and back kitchen door will be removed and replaced with fiberglass doors.

House will be completely soft washed using a mild bleach, tsp & dawn dish detergent to remove dirt and mildew. Front wooden deck and side patio bricks will be power washed more thoroughly with a 3000 PSI power washer.

House will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Severely peeling areas will be sanded using electric orbital sanders.

Shutters on front of home will be removed, painted and re-installed upon completion.

All siding and trim on house will be primed and painted with Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint color to be white.

Open joints gaps and seams around windows and doors will be caulked to stop any air intrusion.

Where shutters are being removed and not re-installed will fill in holes.

Labor and Materials: $22,500

Option 2 - Front shed/garage

Shed will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Will remove flower boxes.

Rotted wood will be replaced.

Flaking wood will be scraped and sanded as needed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of primer & 1 complete topcoat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Labor and Materials: $2,100

Interior Painting: (NOT DOING THIS OPTION AT THIS TIME)

Option 3 - Red dining room

Walls will be lightly sanded as needed.

Minor holes and imperfections will be filled.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Fireplace which is currently peeling will be scraped and sanded.

Will apply 1 complete coat of primer & 1 complete topcoat of paint in your choice of color.

**Note no ceiling or trim will be painted in this room at this time.

Labor and Materials: $750

**Note: Downspouts will be removed during painting and re-installed. Gutters will be cleaned. Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups. Interior - While painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings, counters, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter. Exterior - While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
