Bulkheads will be thoroughly sanded using electric random orbital sanders to remove all loose flaking paint and to provide a sound surface for new paint.
Once bulkheads are sanded, we will apply an oil based primer as well as an oil based top coat.
All bulkheads will be the same color.
Labor and Materials: to sand, prime, and paint each bulkhead (just the exterior portion) will be $150 each.
If you would like the inside primed and painted, it will be an additional $100 each.
Even with our best effort of preparation and top quality products, we don't know which products are currently applied or in which condition they were applied, so for this reason we cannot guarantee any future flaking paint.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
