Estimate

Exterior Painting of House, Garage, and Pool Cabana

Areas will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Trim and clapboards will be prepped by sanding loose flaking paint areas as needed. Heavier peeling areas will be sanded using electric orbital sanders.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

Trim

After prepped trim will be spot primed and we will apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Paint color to be white.

Clapboards

Rusty nails will be sealed with a rust inhibitor primer.

We will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration Paint in your choice of color.

While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

If you would like to do front railings and deck we will prep as needed and paint your choice of color.

We noticed a couple pieces of rot, and this estimate does not include any rot repair as it appears there is a carpenter on site.

This is a total top to bottom complete paint job of house, garage and pool cabana.

Labor and Materials: $13,900

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
