All nickel gap board and trim on 3rd floor will be painted 2 coats of semi-gloss white.
Inside corners will be caulked for a better looking appearance.
Will use a brush and roller technique to do this and sand in between coats.

Option 2 - Exterior Painting - Exterior front porch trim
All new Azek around front porch including 6 columns.
Will fill nail holes.
Caulk open joints gaps and seams.
Paint with Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint.
Labor and Materials: $1,250
**While painting inside will take precautions to cover furnishings, flooring, etc. to protect from paint spatter.
**Will leave any extra paints for future touch ups.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
