Interior Painting -

Option 1 -Interior of home

All walls in home will be painted 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select in Wickham Gray in a Matte finish.

Prior to painting will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Bathroom on 1st floor that has ceiling painted green will be painted 2 coats of flat white to match existing ceilings in house.

Mirror in bathroom will be removed.

Will take down 2 lights on lower level and 1 light from bathroom.

**We realize 3 bathrooms will be a different color shade then main color of house.

**This estimate does not include painting any ceilings other then the 1 bathroom ceiling, or any wood work or closets.

Labor and Materials: $5,450

**Will take precautions to cover floors, cabinetry, etc. to prevent any paint spatter.

**Upon completion will leave any left over paints for future touch ups.

Option 2 - Garage floor

Will need to thoroughly wash floor.

Acid etch to remove dirt and grease.

Once floor is completely dry, will paint with gray epoxy in a standard slate gray color.

**Will have to take the temperature of the floor before starting to make sure it is in a temperature range we can paint during the winter months.

Labor and Materials: $1,325

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
