Exterior Painting - Front of House

Option 1 -

Trim and siding on front of house will be prepped as needed.

Clapboards will be stained with 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Latex Acrylic Siding Stain color to remain the same.

Trim on front of home will be prepped and painted 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration.

Prior to painting we will caulk any open joints, gaps and seams.

Any bare areas will be spot primed.

Shutters on front of home will be prepped and painted black and re-installed upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $2,900

Option 2 -

If you would like trim on 2 sides and back prepped and painted as well it will be an additional charge of $1,250.

Total for both options: $4,150

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
