Exterior Body and Trim

Complete exterior of home will need to be soft washed because there is so much mold, mildew and algae on it. To do this, we will use a soft wash system with a TSP, bleach, and Dawn dish detergent mixture. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

All trim on home will be painted 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration to match existing color.

We noticed there are approximately 10-12 rotted areas, especially out back where it seems to be the most extreme. Our quote will include replacing these areas as well.

Front shingles on house that are currently yellow will be painted 2 coats to match existing color.

Shingles on 2 sides and back of home have never been stained so the estimate will not include these areas other than soft washing them.

Labor and Materials: $12,500

If there is no rot replacement needed, the total for this option would be $11,000.

We will remove downspouts while painting and reinstall them upon completion.

We will clean gutters free of charge.

Additional Option- 2 Front Decks

Decks will be washed thoroughly, sanded, and we will apply 1 coat of mahogany flame stain to match existing.

Labor and Materials: $550

Additional Option- Large Back Deck

Larger deck out back will be washed, sanded to ensure good paint adhesion, and we will apply 1 coat of mahogany stain which was previously used.

Labor and Materials: $1,900

Additional Option- White Picket Fence Out Front

The fence is wood and has been previously painted and is severely flaking with some rotted areas on it.

To repair the rotted areas, scrape, prime, and paint it would be an additional $950

We will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways etc. to prevent paint spatter.

All leftover paints will be left for future touchups.

Labor and Materials for All Options: $15,900

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
