Trim on house -

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Nail holes puttied and sanded to a smooth finish.

One coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration will be applied.

Exterior doors will be painted in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $8,500

Interior -

Ceilings and walls will be primed.

Ceilings will be finished in one coat of flat white.

Walls will have two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select Matte Finish in your choice of color.

Wood work will be painted with Benjamin Moore Regal Select Semi-Gloss in your choice of color.

Prior to painting trim will fill nail holes and sand to a smooth finish.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

We realize there are a couple built-ins and some sort of a bead board application on a smaller ceiling area in kitchen.

Labor and Materials: $21,000

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
