Interior painting of home

Foyer/ entry

We will paint ceiling, walls, and trim.

First floor bedroom off entry area as well as bathroom connected to bedroom

We will paint ceiling, walls, and trim.

Main area living room and dining room and 2nd floor loft area

We will paint walls and trim.

This will not include large ceiling area.

Kitchen

We will paint ceiling, walls, and trim.

Second floor bedroom to the left of the stairway

We will paint ceiling, walls, and trim.

We will need to retape 2 seams.

Brick chimney/ fireplace will be painted your choice of color

Ceilings will be painted flat white. Prior to painting we will seal out any water stains.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color. Any minor holes and imperfections in walls will be filled prior to painting.

Trim will be painted 1 coat in a semi gloss finish. Prior to painting we will caulk all open joints, gaps and seams.

Labor and Materials: $4,900

While painting we will take precautions to cover floors, furnishings, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

Additional option- Soft wash exterior of home and garage

House and garage will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Labor and Materials: $750

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
