Interior Painting:
Option 1 -
Ceilings will be painted 1 coat of flat white.
Walls will be prepped, filling in holes and minor imperfections as needed.
Apply 2 coats of paint in your choice of color to walls.
Two upstairs bedrooms where woodwork currently is white, will cut back carpets if necessary, re-nail loose baseboards, caulk open joints and paint trim 1 coat of white semi-gloss paint.
Prior to painting will remove chair rails in dining room and 2nd floor bedroom.
While painting walls will remove phone jacks and central vacuum outlets and fill in.
Labor and Materials: $4,900
Option 2 - Paint all metal heaters in home.
Heaters will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.
Will prime with a Rust Inhibitive Primer.
Topcoat with white semi-gloss paint.
Labor and Materials: $575
Option 3 - Bathroom vanity
Will thoroughly sand and chemically clean vanity.
Apply 1 coat of Kilz primer.
Apply 2 coats of paint in your choice of color and will be applied by roller not sprayed.
Labor and Materials: $300
Option 4 - All wooded trim in home
Will sand to ensure good paint adhesion.
Primed with Kilz oil primer.
Paint 2 coats of white in semi-gloss paint.
Prior to painting will caulk all open joints, gaps and seams in wood work.
Labor and Materials: $4,500
