Estimate

Option 1 - Install divider wall between house and garage.

Will install a wall approximately 8' long of 2x4 construction, both sides of wall will be sheet rocked, insulated and painted a standard white.

Will install a 36" fire rated in-swing door as well. Door will be painted in standard white.

This option will include applying 1 piece of sheet rock to corner of garage that was cut out for mold remediation. We will not be patching the inside portion of that garage until a later time.

This also includes replacing/patching one small area of sheet rock over ceiling in garage area.

Labor and Materials: $2,750

Option 2 - Exterior Deck

Front exterior deck will be removed and disposed of.

Framing underneath will be shored up.

Any rotted pieces will be repaired/replaced.

Will purchase and install new Trex decking and apply composite decking to match existing pattern on deck.

Labor and Materials: $8,250

**Will provide a couple samples of color options prior to starting.

Option 3 - Lower level bathroom

Where sheet rock was removed from mold damage, will install insulation and sheet rock complete bathroom to a uniform finish. Will prime and paint in your choice of color.

Might be good to add an access panel for future plumbing inspections and easy access.

Labor and Materials: $1,650

**If you would like to add the access panel this would be an additional cost of $100.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
