Estimate

Soft wash

House will be soft washed using a mild bleach, TSP, and Dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm plants or shrubs.

Trim

Trim on house will be completely scraped and sanded as needed.

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

We will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint to all trim.

We noticed around dormers and several other trim pieces on house have rot. These areas will be replaced with PVC trim so it will not rot again.

Clapboards

Clapboards on front of house will be prepped as needed.

Any loose flaking paint will be scraped.

We will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Flat Duration premium paint in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $7,500

Shutters

8 Shutters on front of home will be removed while painting. If you would like them painted, we would need to prime with a bonding primer and top coat with your choice of color.

To do this would be an additional $300 while we are there.

All extra paints will be left for future touchups.

Downspouts will be removed so we can paint behind them, and they will be reinstalled upon completion.

Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
