Basement Area

Option 1- Unfinished portion of basement

We will apply 2 coats of Dry-lok moisture barrier water seal paint to concrete walls.

Concrete walls will be thoroughly swept, washed, and 2 coats of epoxy floor paint in a standard slate color will be applied.

Labor and Materials: $1,900

Option 2- Newly refinished portion of basement and stairway

Ceiling will be painted flat white.

Walls will need additional repair where wall was cut out and patched in.

We will thoroughly sand using an electric Festool dustless sanding system.

We will need to reapply more fill for a smooth uniform finish.

Walls will be primed and painted your choice of color.

Woodwork in room and stairway will be painted semigloss white to match existing color.

Prior to painting we will caulk all open joints, gaps and seams.

Newer cabinetry in room will be sanded so its not so rough around the edges, then primed and painted to match existing trim color or another color if you prefer.

We will also paint the inside of the cabinetry shelf and walls all the same color white.

Labor and Materials: $2,900

While painting in the finished area we will completely cover off the floor to prevent paint spatter on the new floors.

Upon completion we will leave all extra paints for future touchups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
