Interior Painting

Areas to include family room, living room, hallway, kitchen, and staircase hallway- Walls only

We will paint 2 coats your choice of color and sheen in the above listed areas. We recommend matte finish.

Prior to painting walls we will fill any minor holes and imperfections.

Please note this does not include painting any ceilings or trim.

Front room of house baseboard and stairway skirts and risers not to include trim in second floor hallway.

Trim will be sanded as needed, primed with BIN primer sealer and we will apply 2 top coats of white semigloss paint.

Labor and Materials: $3,400

Additional Option

All trim on second floor landing/ upstairs hallway

We will lightly sand, prime with BIN primer sealer and apply 2 coats white semi gloss paint.

We will be painting 1 side of the doors only- not to go inside of any of the rooms.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
