Exterior Painting -

Option 1 -

Front of house will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Will apply 2 coats of flat paint in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $1,000

Option 2 -

Deck in front of house will be washed & sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

Paint 2 coats in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $400

Option 3 -

Shed will be completely primed.

Will apply topcoat of paint in your choice of color.

Trim on shed will be the same color as body, will not be outlined in 2nd color.

Labor and Materials: $1,250

**Note:

Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

Because of the climate we live in we are unable to guarantee wooden decks and will not be held responsible. It is a horizontal surface that water sits on repeatedly and no matter how much preparation we do there can still be flaking and peeling caused from it. The constant sun, rain and snow causes wear and tear on a flat surface that we have no control over.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
