Estimate

Exterior - Complete painting of home

Will soft wash complete home to remove dirt and mildew using a mild bleach, tsp and dawn dish detergent mixture that will not harm landscaping.

Once home is thoroughly dry all siding and trim on home will be prepped as needed.

Severely peeling areas on side of home and other random areas will be sanded using electric orbital sanders to remove as much flaking paint as possible.

Areas not flaking quite as bad will be sanded by hand.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked. Particularly where water is wicking up and could potentially rot the wood out.

All bare areas will be spot primed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium flat paint to all exterior surfaces of the home, siding and trim.

This will include top terret area.

After accurately measuring top terret , we will be able to do home with ladders and not require to bring in scaffolding/lifts.

**Prior to soft wash you will need to remove blinds from front porch so that we don't get any of the bleach solution on them.

**While sanding and scraping will put drop cloths over areas to contain as many paint chips as possible and prevent paint spatter on roofs, walkways, etc.

Labor and Materials: $24,500

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
