Estimate

Exterior Painting -

White picket fence around perimeter of house.

Inside area where shrubs and trees are will not be painted, with the exception of in front of house by porch.

Fence will be washed using a mild bleach TSP solution. This will not harm plants or shrubbery.

More stubborn areas will be washed using a scrub brush.

Once fence is thoroughly dried we will sand as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Two barn doors where grill is -

Barn doors will be lightly sanded.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Two planter boxes that are bare wood -

Will prime using an oil based primer and top coated with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint.

Labor and Materials: $2,400

Additional Option:

To prep and paint the backside of the fence

Additional Cost: $1,500

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
