Exterior Painting - Exterior trim on house & garage

Trim will be scraped as needed.

Nail holes puttied.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

All trim on house and garage will be painted 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint.

Porch ceilings on front and back of house will be hand washed using a tsp & mild bleach solution to kill mildew.

Ceilings will be painted 1 coat in same color. (Home owner to supply paint for this portion of the project)

Front and back doors will be painted in your choice of color.

Inside of back door will also be painted.

Lattice around porches will be prepped as needed & painted.

All screens and glass panels that surround porch area will be prepped as needed and painted to match existing color scheme.

Gutters on home will be cleaned and painted white to match new trim.

Older windows on home will be scraped as needed.

Loose glazing will be removed and replaced.

Windows will be painted 2 coats in Sherwin Williams white.

Expansion joint on electrical service will not be painted.

Labor and Materials: $14,750

Please Note - This quote does not include staining of decks. We understand they were recently done and we will keep them clean and free of paint during the painting process.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
