Exterior - Painting of home, shed, garage & interior of screen room

We will remove shutters from home.

Exterior of home will be soft washed to remove dirt and mildew.

Shingles will be sprayed and back brushed/back rolled in 2 coats with Sherwin Williams Solid Acrylic Woodscape Siding Stain.

All trim will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Loose flaking paint will be sanded and scraped as needed.

Open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Downspouts will be removed while painting and reinstalled upon completion.

Will apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to all trim.

Screened in porch on back of home

Ceiling will be painted a blue tone color

The beams will be painted a secondary color.

Walls from the windows down will be painted the body of the house color.

Floor will be sanded and painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

**This estimate does not include any decks or rails. As we are aware they are being replaced.

Labor and Materials: $14,550

**Will leave any left over paints for future touchups.

**Will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, etc. to protect from paint spatter.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
