Estimate

Option 1- Interior painting of ceilings, walls, and trim. Areas to include the living room, kitchen, 2 story foyer, and upstairs landing.

Ceilings

Ceilings will be painted 1 coat of flat white.

Walls

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color and sheen. We recommend matte finish.

Prior to painting we will fill minor holes and imperfections.

Trim

All open joints, gaps, and seams will be caulked.

Areas of woodwork where dogs have scratched will be filled with wood filler to a more uniform finish.

Woodwork will be painted 1 coat of white in a semi gloss finish.

Labor and Materials: $4,250

If you would like one complete coat of Kilz latex primer applied to these walls prior to painting, it would be an additional $2,000, totaling $6,250 for this option.

Option 2- Shutters on home

We will remove 14 shutters from front of home, prime with a bonding primer, and topcoat with Sherwin Williams premium paint, then reinstall them upon completion.

Labor and Materials: $700

Option 3- Exterior painting around 2 bay windows on side of house, front porch railings and columns.

We will replace rotted wood in these areas.

We will need to remove railings to replace wood around base of columns and reinstall railings upon completion.

Peeling wood will be scraped and sanded as needed, primed, and topcoated with Sherwin Williams Duration white satin premium paint.

Labor and Materials: $2,250

Option 4- Second floor bedroom

Ceilings will be painted 1 coat of flat white.

Walls will be painted 2 coats your choice of color and sheen.

Trim will be painted 1 coat of white semi gloss

Labor and Materials: $625

Total Labor and Materials: $7,825

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
