Estimate

Interior Painting

Areas to include all ceilings, walls and trim in home including 2 story cathedral area as well as 2 story family room area. This will include all rooms on 1st floor, 2nd floor and basement. Closets will not be painted, with the exception of 1 brand new closet.

2 utility areas in basement

We will apply 2 coats of Drylok paint to the walls.

Ceilings

All ceilings will be painted flat white.

Bathroom ceilings will have mildewcide additive to help prevent mildew.

Walls

We will fill minor holes and imperfections and paint 2 coats your choice of color in Benjamin Moore Regal Select matte finish paint.

Woodwork

We will fill open joints, gaps, and seams.

Nail holes will be puttied.

We will apply 1 coat of Benjamin Moore Regal Select semigloss finish in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $22,000

All leftover paints will be left for future touchups.

While painting we will take precautions to cover flooring, furnishings, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
