Exterior -

Soft wash home -

Will soft wash using a mild bleach, tsp and dawn dish detergent to remove dirt and mildew on home.

Labor and Materials: $725

Pergola/Wooden structure on deck on back of home.

Beams and columns will be sanded using electric orbital sanders.

Prime with oil base primer.

Apply wood fill to severe knots and holes.

Will apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint.

**Please note even once these beams and columns are primed and painted they will still have slight variations and possible small cracks. In future knots may bleed through and paint touch ups may be required.

Underneath deck, wood beams that are pressure treated will be primed and painted 2 coats.

Labor and Materials: $4,450

Interior -

3 bathroom ceilings will have mildew resistant ceiling paint applied.

Will remove moldings in Master bedroom from walls and ceiling.

Will remove chair rail in spare room.

Will remove moldings around headboard on 2nd floor bedroom.

Ceilings in dining room and kitchen will be painted. We realize electricians may make a couple holes that our estimate includes filling in of the holes.

All walls in home will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color. We recommend a Matte finish, but prior to painting we can make color samples showing both Matte and Eggshell finish for your approval.

All walls will be painted with the exception of 1 small storage room on 2nd floor.

Also rooms/areas that have wallpaper, we will not be removing it.

Will paint 1 closet in downstairs of home, this will be the only closet that is painted in home.

2 utility rooms in basement will have gray Drylok to the walls and a slate gray to the floors.

**Estimate does not include painting any wood work.

**While painting will take precautions to cover floors with drop cloths, rosin paper around edges, and light sheet plastic to cover furnishings. Project debris will be cleaned up daily.

**Please note this does not include painting large 2 story foyer ceiling or beams in ceiling.

Labor and Materials: $14,500

Another available option:

Paint complete Interior of home.

All ceilings will be painted flat white.

All walls will be painted 2 coats in Benjamin Moore Regal Select in either a Matte or Eggshell finish in your choice of color.

All wood work will be painted 1 coat in Benjamin Moore Regal Select Semi-gloss.

Will remove moldings in Master bedroom from walls and ceiling.

Will remove chair rail in spare room.

Will remove moldings around headboard on 2nd floor bedroom.

**Please note this does not include painting large 2 story foyer ceiling or beams in ceiling.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
