Interior painting- Scope of work to include interior painting of all trim in home with the exception of painting inside closets.

Trim

Trim will be prepped as needed and we will apply 1 coat of Benjamin Moore Regal Select satin paint using the same color scheme.

Walls in master bedroom, bathroom, and 1 wall in living room

Walls in these areas will be painted 2 coats your choice of color with Benjamin Moore Regal select paint.

This estimate does not include painting of any ceilings.

We will take precautions to cover furnishings with lightweight plastic.

We can assist with moving larger furniture items into the center of room if needed.

Floors will be covered as needed with drop cloths to prevent paint spatter.

All extra paints will be left for future touchups.

Labor and Materials: $3,550

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
