Estimate

Interior painting of ceilings, walls and trim- Area to be painted will include large 3 story foyer, kitchen, living room, dining room, all open areas up through stairway and hallways. Not to go in any rooms or bathrooms.

Ceilings

Ceilings will be painted flat white.

Prior to painting we will seal out any water stains. We noticed there were some in the foyer area.

Walls

We will fill minor holes, imperfections, stress cracks and screw pops.

Walls will be painted 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Antique white in Regal Select Matte paint.

Trim

All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked on all trim, woodwork, wainscoting, etc.

We will paint 1 coat of Benjamin Moore Regal Select Semi Gloss white paint.

We realize that some woodwork on second floor have not been updated and our quote will include painting a second coat as needed.

While painting we will take precautions to cover floors, furnishings, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

This quote does not include painting living room or dining room coffered ceiling.

Upon completion all extra paints will be left for future touchups.

Labor and Materials: $10,500

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
