Exterior Painting -
Option 1 - Lower level pavilion ceiling
Loose paint will be scraped and sanded as needed to get a sound surface.
Will apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Exterior Satin Duration Premium paint.
Will take precautions to cover floor to contain as many paint flakes and to prevent paint spatter.
Labor and Materials: $3,900
Option 2 - Main building
Shingles on building to include all 4 sides.
Will apply 1 complete coat of stain or sealer by brush and roll which we prefer over spraying. This will insure a longer lasting job because we can saturate the shingles.
Labor and Materials: $14,750
Option 3 - Back of building facing pond
Will apply 1 complete coat of stain or sealer by brush and roll which we prefer over spraying. This will insure a longer lasting job because we can saturate the shingles.
Labor and Materials: $6,500
**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.
A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.
WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.
Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
