Exterior Painting - Of home

All clapboards on home will be painted 1 coat of either Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Latex Acrylic Siding Stain or Sherwin Williams Duration Flat paint depending on which product was previously used.

Trim on home will be prepped as needed.

Peeling areas will be sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration paint to all trim.

Gutters will be cleaned free of charge.

Labor and Materials: $12,500

**Will cover roofs, walkways, etc. while painting to protect from paint spatter.

**Upon completion will leave any left over paints for future touchups.

Upon inspecting the home we noticed several areas of rot around window, kick plates going up back steps and some other areas.

Window casing can be removed, dispose of old wood, install new composite PVC and once installed can be painted at the rate of $400 per window.

If the whole window casing does not need to be replaced. We can replace it at the rate of $80 per hour.

If just odd pieces here and there and window does not need to be completely replaced can do at the rate of $80 an hour plus cost of the composite PVC.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
