Exterior Painting: Fence and back of house on North side

Upon inspection we noticed that fence, back of house, small area on left side of house has artillery fungus.

Fungus that is on white trim, shingles in back of house and fence will be sanded with electric orbital sanders to remove as much of the fungus as possible.

Once sanding is done we will wash with a mild bleach & Tsp solution.

Apply 1 coat of Latex Primer.

Apply 1 topcoat of Latex premium paint. (We suggest Sherwin Williams Satin Duration).

Shingles on back of house will be sanded to remove as much fungus as possible.

Will stain 1 coat using Sherwin Williams Latex Acrylic Siding stain. They can match shingle perfectly.

If you would rather use PPG paint. Please supply us with 1 gallon and we will substitute that product instead.

The recommendations for removing and treating artillery fungus is what Sherwin Williams outlined for us to resolve this issue.

Labor and Materials: $2,400

**Please note: Sherwin Williams recommends that all mulch be removed so problem doesn't reoccur.

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
