Exterior Painting -

Home will be soft washed using a mild bleach, tsp & dawn dish detergent solution to remove dirt and mildew that will not harm plants or shrubbery.

Front of house where it is peeling will use electric orbital sanders on clapboards and trim to remove loose flaking paint.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Clapboards will be painted 2 coats in Sherwin Williams flat duration paint in your choice of color.

Trim on home will be prepped/sanded as needed.

Bare areas will be spot primed.

Will apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration premium paint.

Shutters on house will be prepped and painted in your choice of color.

Doors will be painted in your choice of color.

Windows will be prepped as needed, primed and painted.

Shingled sides and back of home will be stained using Sherwin Williams Solid Latex Acrylic siding stain in a light brown similar to what it is now for a longer lasting job.

Prior to painting will replace rotted clapboards and trim boards as needed.

Siding will be re-nailed where nails are currently popping out.

Labor and Materials: $14,900

Discounting - $1,000

Total Cost Labor and Materials: $13,900

**Note: Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.
While painting we will take precautions to cover roofs, walkways, shrubbery etc. to protect from paint spatter.

A copy of our Workman’s Compensation and Liability Insurance is available upon request.

WE PROPOSE: hereby to furnish materials and labor-complete accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: $

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
