Interior Painting:

Option 1 - Kitchen ceiling and walls

Will scrape loose flaking paint from ceiling.

Fix stress cracks and skim ceiling.

Ceiling will be painted flat white.

Walls will be painted your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $725

Option 2 - Livingroom, dining room, small hallway and bathroom

Ceiling will be painted flat white.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $1,150

Option 3 - Basement walls and ceiling

Cracks in walls will be repaired as needed.

Ceiling and walls will be painted 2 coats in a bright white washable paint.

Labor and Materials: $900

Option 4 - One back bedroom (Believe to be your daughters) ceiling

Will fix stress crack in middle of ceiling.

Paint ceiling 1 complete coat of flat white.

Labor and Materials: $375

Option 5 - Master Bedroom walls

Previously painted wallpaper will cut out seams in bubbling areas.

Will skim coat to a smooth uniform appearance as best as possible.

Will sand and paint walls 2 coats in your choice of color.

Labor and Materials: $1,400

Total for complete project: $4,550

*Note:

When painting we will take precautions to cover furnishings, counters, floors, etc. to prevent paint spatter. Even with our crew covering surfaces with plastic you may still see dust residue in areas that are skim coated.

Upon completion we will leave any extra paints for future touchups.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
