Interior Painting -

Option 1 - Foyer/Entrance & stairway

This 2 story area will paint ceiling flat white.

Walls will be painted 2 coats in your choice of color and sheen. We recommend Benjamin Moore Regal Select Matte finish.

Prior to painting walls will fill in minor holes and imperfection.

Wood work in this area will be lightly sanded to ensure good paint adhesion.

Any open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Apply 1 complete coat of Benjamin Regal Select Semi-gloss finish.

While painting will take precautions to cover flooring, etc. to prevent paint spatter.

Will bring in all necessary ladders/planks needed to do this area.

Labor and Materials: $1,950

Option 2 - All exterior azek trim

Areas with mildew will be washed off.

All open joints, gaps and seams will be caulked.

Nail holes will be puttied.

Apply 2 complete coats of Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Premium paint to all azek.

Labor & Materials: $6,250

**Please note this does not include PVC railings or Lattice under the railings because they are not paintable surfaces.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
