Exterior -

Option 1 - Complete soft washing of home using a mild bleach, tsp and dawn dish detergent mixture to remove dirt and mildew. This will not harm landscaping.

Labor and Materials: $590

Option 2 - Wooden trim boards around sunroom

These boards will be thoroughly sanded, primed and painted white with Sherwin Williams Satin Duration Paint.

Labor and Materials: $400

Option 3 - If you would like all PVC on house painted

Will putty all screws/nail holes

Caulk all open joints, gaps and seams

Apply 1 complete coat of Sherwin Williams Premium Satin Duration Paint.

Labor and Materials: $2,900

Option 4 - Bulkhead

If you would like bulkhead power washed, sanded, primed and painted a standard slate gray.

Labor and Materials: $125

Option 5 - Front Clapboards

Front clapboards on home will be stained/painted 2 coats in your choice of color with Sherwin Williams.

Labor and Materials: $900

Option 6 - Shutters

If you would like shutters painted we can remove, paint and re-install or if they cannot be removed will paint in place.

Labor and Materials: $40 each

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Our workers are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance.

Acceptance Of Proposal The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
